Yes, I agree. Probably, Cisco want us to select more specific answers. EEM is part of ccnp R&S (encore+enarsi), but not ccnp security.

In this case, you must reenable the ports manually. Issue the shutdown command and then the no shutdown interface mode command on the associated interface in order to manually reenable the ports. The errdisable recovery command allows you to choose the type of errors that automatically reenable the ports after a specified amount of time. The show errdisable recovery command shows the default error-disable recovery state for all the possible conditions."
