I think L2 stretch shoulnd´t be enabled, esepcially because if we disable Inter-Sight BUM there would anyway be no use of stretching the vlan. I think the EPGs should be local to each site (the opposite of stretching the vlans). And in this scenario we can still keep same IP addressing because sites are anyhow isolated because of disabling BUM. That´s how I see it
