It's C , MPLS LDP session protection isn't configure under interfaces

Good point, the actual command is global, not an interface command. Trick question. C is correct as it needs to be configured on this and neighboring routers. "MPLS LDP Session Protection protects an LDP session between directly connected neighbors or an LDP session established for a traffic engineering (TE) tunnel."

For me C is better, you need to configure both sides.
