The MPLS network is limited to Provider Edge Router "R1" and "R2". Hence, why would we think to build MPLS neighbourship with the ISP router!! R2 is getting heaps of routes update from the ISP. Hence, it requires to limit the incoming routes from the ISP to the MPLS core.

I was breaking my head about this cause, why having LDP on a peering with another ISP using BGP (eBGP I take it). Here you would normally use labelled-unicast... Then, I found this link by Benxi and saw that only standard ACLs are allowed for inbound filtering. So this got my mind to think it must indeed be A & C.

This is a classic case of "this is such a bad answer, but it's the only one that actually works." The question doesn't explain WHY we're running LDP with a different ISP, which is a heck of a "demands explanation" scenario, lol. I've enjoyed a lot of Cisco's exams in the past. This one wasn't so great because of these exact sorts of things.
