I found a Split Tunneling object in the FMC. Under Object Management > VPN > Custom Attribute, there is a dropdown for Split Tunneling. When you're creating this object, it says this is where you define domains that will be included/excluded from your VPN tunnel.

Route Map, and Access List are the only named objects in FMC from this list. Route Maps wouldnt be used for this so it is C.

ops they did it again :) Split tunnel include/exclude is defined by access list ... object type should be the AC - as it is configured in the Object management sections - ACLs.
