The service has to be announced from london through OMP (that's the idea: announce a service through omp), then it's B for me. Why you should configure manually the service at Rome and paris if this is sended by OMP? And for me the FW IP is a routable IP not a system IP but the Cisco documentation call it FW system IP, it think this is confusing us when we learn it. What do you think? Thanks

C matches the example scenario 2 in the Cisco document mentioned below : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/sdwan/configuration/policies/vedge-20-x/policies-book/service-chaining.html However, there are some differences. Still C would be the closest match.
