I think this is certainly the right answer. Had to draw it out, when you draw it out it becomes obvious.

AD is only possibility where RR are the same (R2 and R4)

by choosing answer BC mean there is 3 router serve as RR, where as answer AD only have 2 RR. A. Configure R1 to be a client of R2 and R4. D. Configure R3 to be a client of R2 and R4. I vote for the given answer AD with only 2 RR in the topology

From my point of view, it's clear that R2 must be a client of R1. Then, if u want to have a full redundancy, without any point of failure, r5 should be client of R3 and R4, and not only one of them.
