D. Caller Input would block buttons from being pressed, however that would basically block the caller from ever hitting a button so A. is correct. (Greetings) you can make sure callers do not have option to hit buttons. "During Greeting" -- Ignore Caller Input is the option used to ignore while playing the greeting.
