This is a Cisco exam so your answer should be based on Meraki MDM. https://meraki.cisco.com/products/systems-manager/

D is a definite although could be worded better - remember that you're likely here as you (like me) are going to be doing a Cisco Security exam! I'd say B more than E, because E covers Google/Android and Apple. Definitely covers laptops, desktops, mobiles, so B is more correct.

DE As far as I can remember MDMs like IronMobile inTune, and and like twenty other on the market, were and still focusing on smart mobile devices like mobile phones and tablets, never fat OS ones. That is why "B" - is absolutely wrong https://www.techtarget.com/searchmobilecomputing/post/Evaluating-top-MDMs-for-Android-and-iOS

You are incorrect because SCCM can be setup as MDM in ISE. SCCM can manage Windows computers

A lot of things can be setup to manage mobile devices, you can even tell that if you take your PC back home it can be treated as a mobile device, or take a power generator with you, or connect your PC to DC\AC converter at your car, BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT!!! - have you ever worked with MDM?!?

... and one more thing MDM was developed to manage light mobile device iOS'es - if you add to it MacOS, Windwos OS and other it is not MDM anymore, but UEM!! - it is Called MDM for a reason! Unified endpoint management Unified endpoint management (UEM) represents the integration and evolution of MDM and EMM. It solves more challenges associated with IoT, desktop or other mobile device security. UEM solutions can help enterprises secure and control the entire IT environment and its endpoints, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. UEM solutions can also help secure their users’ personal data, apps, content and enterprise data. With an agile UEM system, enterprises can choose scalable solutions based on needs, whether those enterprise are covering a single operating system or various devices across different platforms, such as Apple iOS iPhone, Android, Microsoft Windows, macOS and Chrome OS. Mature UEM solutions are powered by machine learning and AI, which can help an enterprise’s IT department make quick security decision based on real-time data and analytics.
