Selected Answer: B
A. Wrong, it;s DHCP that allows the auto discovery of (virtual) gateways, not VRRP C. Wrong, no weighting scheme is used between the gateways in the VRRP group. Active-passive scheme only D. Wrong, with VRRP users do not detect failure. If one GW fails, another one seamlessly takes up the role

Selected Answer: C
VRRP is a weighted protocol via the switch priority. The word that is throwing me off the selected answer is "Multivendor". As far as I know, VRRP is a Cisco proprietary protocol.

VRRP is defined under RFC 3768. It's open standard. HSRP and GLBP are Cisco Proprietary.

Why not C? Like I don’t see a reason to provide a virtual ip adres to de endusers….
