RR is set as the route reflector for the peer-group called IBGP. For this to take effect, we need to add the neighbors to the perer-group, which is solution "D". Could also include the "neighbor <address> remote-as 100" inside of a peer-group. but first configure each peer inside of peer-group as option D does
