Its MCP. If you use BPDU filter on the Interswitch links between legacy and ACI, this undermines the legacy networks ability to manage layer two loops at which point you will be solely relying on MCP. BPDU guard will error disable the ports and break connectivity everytime an bpdu is received.

If BPDU filtering is already implemented on the external device, you might argue that enabling BPDU Guard on the Cisco ACI fabric (option B) would not required, as the external device is already preventing BPDUs from entering the fabric. In that case, ption A will be correct answer in my opinion

BPDU guard would put the link in err disable if it would receive a TC, which it would, why not BPDU filter?
