Looking at this sentence it looks like a standalone deployment model can actually have two nodes for what is called a "high availability standalone". It's not distributed until you start splitting up the personas which I don't believe is practical for only having two nodes. A is the correct answer. with 2 nodes, we have PAN/MNT/PSN on the same node. the second has PAN/MNT/PSN and PAN/MNT is secondary.
