Trick answer - Sync TO the PnP, when actually the Vmanage Syncs FROM PnP, on vManage the option is "Sync Smart Account" "SYNC TO VMANAGE. The next thing to do is to sync the routers from PnP into vManage. Login to your vManage instance using the link provided in the self-service portal, and navigate to Configuration > Devices. Under the “WAN Edge List” tab click the “Sync Smart Account” link on the top bar of the page"

Smart account and PnP are two different things. Smart account is for admin license and PnP to create white list

C & D guys. vManage Sync with the Cisco Smart account and adds devices to the list automatically when you purchase them. The other way is uploading a list manually to vManage.

The correct answer is A & D. This cisco white paper states using the auto sync option, where your Smart Account is synced with Cisco vManage. This option requires Cisco vManage to be able to connect with the Cisco Plug n Play (PnP) portal Or Using the manual upload method, where you download the authorized serial number file of devices from the Cisco PnP portal and upload it to Cisco vManage Reference:- https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/sdwan/configuration/sdwan-xe-gs-book/m-quick-connect-workflow.html

WAN Edge device can be retrieved from the Plug and Play (PnP) Connect portal or the administrator can download the list manually and upload it to vManage. so i would say A and D
