CRTREJSER indicates a missing serial number for vEdge routers and vSmart controllers. Resolution: When ever you get this kinds of errors make sure you check the serial number on the vManage screen and update, Once update please send it to all controllers

When you troubleshoot such a problem, ensure that the correct serial number and device model was configured and provisioned on the PnP portal (software.cisco.com) and vManage.
