10.139.58.0/28 SM: 255.255.255.240 WCM: 0.0.0.15 SSH uses port number 22, telnet 23 Option B is incorrect we should use IP access-group not access-group C is incorrect because both the WCM is incorrect and access-list is disordered Option D is using an incorrect WCM for network 10.139.58.0/28 which should be 0.0.0.15 Option A is correct uses the correct WCM for the source and the right order of fields in the access-list

the interface's ip address has nothing to do with the given subnet, we should look at the access-list not the configuration in the interface, it's totally different
