Selected Answer: B
A. and B. are ambiguous, Device Pool only say you the name of the Call Manager Group, but it does not specify which server are associated to to this CMG. Once you know the CMG name, now you need to go to System > Cisco Unified CMG. C. and D. are incorrect, there is nothing there about CMG's. Now, between A. and B, which is "the least worst"?, in first instance, after Device Pool there is not a submenu that says "Cisco UCM Group", there just get a record of configured device pools. Instead, the path "Device --> Phone --> Phone configuration page" does exist, and then you can find the associated device pool, and right next to it you can see "view details" and you will se the same information, the difference is that you get the information directly from the phone in question, meanwhile in A you are not seeking directly from the device in question. Then I consider the the less worst answer is B.

Even so, I think it's a terrible question, poorly formulated. Unfortunately, it seems that the CCNP exam now measures the ability to guess and "interpret" semantics more than knowledge.

And another way, once you are in the Phone Configuration page, you can click over the phone ip address to go to the page of the phone (if web access is enabled of course) and you can find there what is the primary, secondary and tertiary servers for this phone. You won't find any of this in "answer A." For this reason, B. is the less worst answer.

And the question says, "In which location does an Administrator L O O K ...", so, in other words, if you were the administrator, where would you start looking for information about that "the phone"?

For Me the right answer is B. On device pool we only see the group not the Server used for the phone

You are right, you need first to know what DP is attached to the phone in question. Answer A cannot be, how is the administrator going to guess the phone's DP to go directly to the DP to search for the requested information?, if not even the administrator would know what DP he is looking for.

Question is where to view where the currently registered phone will register once it would loose registration with current server. In that case I would say A. If you want to review on which server the phone is currently registered it would be B

first you need to know what phone are you talking about, then you need perforce go tho find the phone in "device-->Phone" to know which DP is associated to "the phone". In A. you can not find any association between a DP and "the phone". By experience of many years, B. is the surest way to know what I'm looking for.
