The output is not completely relevant to the question. It only shows that the tunnel network is advertised, which is OK. It should not advertise 10.255.255.1 0.0.0.0 (the physical address/WAN address of the peering) under the same eigrp process, because that would cause a loop.

correction we should not advertise the 192.168.1.0 network through eigrp. This is the tunnel address and what is causing the loop. When we advertise the NBMA address and tunnel address in same routing protocol we cause a midhcain attempting to stack loop. Removing either one works.

B correct: In this question we are advertising the tunnel IP address 192.168.12.2 to the other side. When other end receives the EIGRP advertisement, it realizes it can reach the other side of the tunnel via EIGRP. In other words, it reaches the tunnel destination through the tunnel itself -> This causes “recursive routing” error. Note: In order to avoid this error, do not advertise the tunnel destination IP address on the tunnel interface to other side.
