Selected Answer: A
Bandwidth is asked, Not the Bit rate. Bandwidth is calculated from Bit rates and can restrict the bandwidth also, but again they ask for bandwidth.

Disregard. C is the correct answer You use regions to limit the bandwidth that is used for audio and video calls within a region and between existing regions by specifying the transport-independent maximum bit rates for audio and for video calls. You can specify the maximum bit rates for audio and video calls within a region and between existing regions. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/10_0_1/ccmcfg/CUCM_BK_C95ABA82_00_admin-guide-100/CUCM_BK_C95ABA82_00_admin-guide-100_chapter_01000.html

Selected Answer: A
Should be A. In Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, use the System > Location Info menu path to configure locations. Use locations to implement call admission control in a centralized call-processing system. Call admission control enables you to regulate audio quality and video availability by limiting the amount of bandwidth that is available for audio and video calls over links between the locations. https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:JQKcEsOKDxsJ:https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-voice-and-video/how-to-specify-the-voip-bandwidth-limit/ta-p/3155102&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&client=firefox-b-1-d
