HyperLocation module cannot be seen on the WLC Ensure the correct AP type is used for deployment. Ensure the correct software code is installed for the WLC that supports the HyperLocation module deployment. Ensure HyperLocation is enabled on the WLC global configuration settings. Ensure HyperLocation Module is plugged in right and screws are tight. Ensure that the AP is not in monitor mode. Ensure the correct recommended bracket (AIR-AP-BRACKET-2) is used to install the AP and Module combination.
