Answer is B. The question says its trying to establish a DMVPN Phase 2. This means we need to remove the static configuration of tunnel destination from the spokes and configure multipoint GRE.

Agree phase 2 requires GRE Multipoint. OSPF point to multipoint should also be configured in this topology so can see why D would also be an answer.

no it shouldn't The default interface type is P2P if we change interface type to broadcast we don't need to define it as P2MP

Sorry, D would be good only for scenarios in where phase 1 is used. The question states phase 2 is the one used.
