The answer is correct and the exhibit too as it is referring to the translation pattern required to remove the 91 prefix. The flag "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" that must be removed is the one set on the route-pattern [2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX shown on the DNA's analysis results. Route-pattern is applied after the translation-pattern so it has effect on the calling number...
