A. could potentially fix something... but very rarely. it's good to keep them updated but not because the older IOS's are necessarily slower. B. what would moving them into the same subnet even do? you still have to actually send the data to the server through the network, needlessly complicating things more. C. yeah lemme just ask my service provider for more bandwidth if things are slow. sounds reasonable. i mean, it would maybe be more plausible if we had reason to believe that was the problem but we don't, it appears that it's our own network causing issues. D. load balancing is the most likely to actually do something and is something we can control. might as well try this first.

C, with changing interface bandwidth can make eigrp metrics the same. But yea, answer is obviously D.
