None of those answers are correct. PVST+ is based on 802.1D not s, so it can't be B and RPVST+ is based on 802.1w so it can't be A either. Both RPVST+ and PVST+ are Cisco Proprietary. RPVST+ is faster to converge than PVST+ I suspect there is a typo and B should say PVST+ is based on 802.1D
