Only correct answer is A….D is not correct unless it is a typo, putting a switch in maintenance does not help upgrading it.

Therefore, performing a firmware upgrade for a switch in this state is not supported, since it may fail or may get stuck in an incomplete status indefinitely if you attempt to perform a firmware upgrade on it while it is in this state.

A and D: Graceful Insertion and Removal, cannot be used for Upgrades, it is meant for isolation, debugs...
