Is this question missing information ? ... If you look at a Neighbor Solictaion Message ... the senders adress can be any configured ipv6 adress ... So it can be a global unicast address (like in Ciscos iPv6 Example, ip v6 fudnamentals page 164) but ND must also work with link local adresses ... If the question only referes to the Destiantion Adresse this should be a Multicast address ... but thats unclear
