I think it's B. Default gateway is correct and there is no rule stating that it needs to be the first address.

its B, but this wouldn't prevent it from reaching the internet, it would prevent it from resolving hostnames on the internet (which to most users would be the same thing) however in this situation if they were to ping a known public ip address (such as 8.8.8.8) they would be able to reach out. B best answer, but question is odd
