I am wondering if the question is taking in count that the offer-all parameter. The question could not be taking in count it, so in this case, the exhibit is incorrect and the parameter offer-all must not be there . However, if the exhibit is correct, I am afraid that then, they are three advertised codecs in the outbound invite: g711ulaw, ilbc and g729r8
