So, like DUsoo said, we need "set as-path prepend last-as" for inbound as-path prepend manipulation so that route-map is not doing anything right now. But looking at the other options there is nothing useful. LP of 200 on R2 would work but this is talking about R1!?

This Q doesn't make a sence. As it is configured now, R2 should be exit point because R1 has prepended AS path.

Ouu, looks like when we want to prepend AS in inbound direction, there should be "set as-path prepend last-as" command.
