DHCP Option 43 is used to provide the WLC (Wireless LAN Controller) IP address to lightweight APs during their startup process.
The TLV (Type-Length-Value) format:
Type: Specifies the data type. For Cisco WLC, the type value is 1.
Length: The length of the data, in bytes. For an IPv4 address, this is 4 bytes.
Value: The actual data, in this case, the WLC's IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.10).

• Type: 0xf1 (decimal 241)
• Length: Number of controller IP addresses * 4
• Value: List of WLC management interfaces
