B:Won't work in denying tag 666 in a route-map 20 statement, as the tag is placed in the route after the entire route-map completes

A question with a bad screenshot, anyway, the point is that a route map has an implicit deny. So if you are removing the route-map sequence 20, then all remaining routes are blocked. Anyway, i understand the frustration, but try and think on "the best way to solve the problem". And i understand that both questions and answers are of bad quality, that does not mean you cannot answer them. sidenote: for non-english speakers having low quality questions and answers is adding even more complexity to the exams...
