I think A and D. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/solutions/Enterprise/Data_Center/DCI/4-0/EMC/dciEmc/EMC_2.html MPLS and VPLS aren't even mentioned in the guide

vPC requires "ethernet connectivity". So, I'd say both DWDM could provide this.
