ChatGPT says Correct answers: C. service deployment D. offline support 📌 Explanation Edge architecture means pushing computing resources and services closer to where data is generated (edge devices, IoT, local gateways) — instead of sending all data to a central cloud or data center. Benefits of edge architecture include: ✔️ C. Service deployment You can deploy and run services at the edge (e.g., local processing, analytics, ML inference) without relying on a centralized cloud. This reduces latency and bandwidth usage. ✔️ D. Offline support Edge devices can continue to operate and process data even without an active internet connection. This is critical for remote sites, factories, autonomous vehicles, etc.

"Data management" is correct for different reasons (collection, processing, analysis, storage, transfer). I'm wondering between "offline support" and "secure access", as both are very vague and could be correct. I will go with "Secure access", sounds more likely than "Offline support". Could someone provide a better solution/reason please?

Correct Answer: BE https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/cloud-computing/what-is-edge-architecture/#benefits-of-edge-architecture A. no matter Edge or Cloud, device authentication would be required, in my opinion. C. service deployment is easier in the cloud where everything is centralized, not at the edge. D. is not correct, as it is abou offline support, not offiline use of service. B. makes sense to be correct, if it is about securea access between local devices and to the data, as it does not have to traverse the Internet E. Data management is for sure correct as it local and easy to access.

I don't think "Secure Access" is a benefit of Edge Computing, unless there's something missing in the answer. It's too generic. "Offline Support" makes more sense to me, as data is processed locally and not sent to a cloud, at least on a regular basis. "Data Management" seems to be the only other valid option to me. However, there may be something missing in the answer.
