The answer is D. It is correct. You have to flip the sevens bit found on the second hexadecimal of the MAC Address of Router R2. The second hexadecimal is 3. When you flip the bit, the hexadecimal coverts into a 1. Which is why the new modified MAC address now is 11-BE-BF-B9-00-01.
