C is right. sequence 5 is for source prefix (means all source IPs) sequence 10 is for destination prefix NAT syntax is right only on answer - C

When a packet hits an interface within Service VPN (VPN 10 in this question), the packet is forwarded to the NAT-enabled transport VPN (VPN 0) interface with command “nat use-vpn 0”. Other Options do not have this command so they are not correct. Note: match “source-ip 0.0.0.0” means matching any source IP address so all IPs will be matched and accepted (with “action accept”). Otherwise, all traffic that isn’t matched at sequence 5 will be discarded.

D is correct syntax list (except one typo in nat use-vpn, must be nat use-vpn0). A is wrong (sequence 5 and destination ip 0.0.0.0 action reject). B is wrong (source ip 0.0.0.0) C is wrong (sequence 5 and source ip 0.0.0.0)
