C. LDAP-synced CUCM users have their fields mapped to LDAP attributes in the 'LDAP Directory' configuration section. The 'Phone number' CUCM field is what this question is referencing, and the two native selectable LDAP attributes to select from are 'telephoneNumber' and 'ipPhone'. These are native LDAP attributes and not custom LDAP attributes, therefore it is C, not D.
