B is the most correct. The problem with D is that the network statements use such broad IP ranges, that additional network links that fall within them could be added to CR1's other interfaces later, which will result in OSPF activating on them, which is not allowed.

D is incorrect as in OSPF, it uses wildcard mask not the subnet mask, so only B is the correct option.
