First we most understand the difference between video and inmersive. Video is of these devices as desktop endpoints or standard video endpoints such as ip phones and softphones. Inmersive are for High definition endpoints, as Telepresence devices. Also, RSVP-based CAC and Location-based CAC are two different things.
Then:
B. is incorrect. The correct stuff would be "codecs", no "transcoders".
C. is incorrect. Immersive video does not make for all of the endpoints, rather just to telepresence endpoints, not desktop or softphone endpoints. Also, RSVP does not make to Location-based CAC (Topology-unaware CAC), rather a RSVP-based CAC (Topology-aware CAC); they are two different mechanism.
D. is incorrect, Resolution does not make to bandwith consumption. MP4 could have better resolution than MP3, even though MP4 can consume less bandwidth for better compression algorithms, so resolutions does not make to CAC.
and Finally:
A. is correct, the AAR feature enables CUCM to establish an alternate path for the voice media when the preferred path (IP) between two intracluster endpoints runs out of available bandwidth, as determined by the locations mechanism for CAC.
E. is correct.- Location-based CAC works with the maximum audio/video bandwidth allowed into and out of a location, that is all, no anything else more.
The location configuration itself consists of three main parts: links, intra-location bandwidth parameters, and RSVP locations settings. The RSVP locations settings are not considered here for Enhanced Location CAC because they apply only to RSVP implementations. In the configuration, the link bandwidth parameters are displayed first while the intra-location bandwidth parameters are hidden and displayed by selecting the Show advanced link.
The intra-location bandwidth parameters allow the administrator to configure bandwidth allocations for three call types: audio, video, and immersive.

"Audio Bandwidth: Enter the maximum amount of audio bandwidth (in kb/s) that is available for all audio calls on the link between this location and other locations"
Key word here is "between this location and other locations", so it is not E..it is A and C
Definitely A, but I think C is the other correct option.
CAC doesn't specific transcoder requirements, so not B. CAC is not used to specify video resolution or DSCP settings, so no D. And E is not correct as the whole purpose of CAC is to specify bandwidth settings BETWEEN different locations, not within the same location, so not E.
There is a section in the Location configuration for "RSVP Setting" (it's a dropdown), and a radio bubble that allows you to specify session bandwidth for video calls and immersive video calls for calls between locations. C checks out.
For me it is A and E.
AAR is part of Location based CAC

E is the essential of configuring locations, what do I miss?
Transcoder requirements are not part of CAC.
RSVP is also not part of CAC, it could be an additional method to achieve call admission control (CAC) besides location-based CAC
