B, C and D. are incorrect. In order of the case, it says speakertrack suddenly stop of working, so before of the outage, the speaker track was working well. so it can not be the firmware or the cameras. standby can not be because there is a meeting running.

SpeakerTrack works in conjunction with microphones if can't determine the near location by the sound source of the speaker it won't be able to track it
