A. is correct. Obstacles placed in front of the microphone panel, or in the sight line of the microphones, will cause severe loss in the speaker track performance. B, C and D. are incorrect. In order of the case, it says speakertrack suddenly stop of working, so before of the outage, the speaker track was working well. so it can not be the firmware or the cameras. standby can not be because there is a meeting running.
