you can't modify ip sla once running and the destination ip address configured is wrong. so we need to delete the ip sla and configured again with the right destination ip address 209.165.201.2

Responder does not seem incorrect, but IP SLA 6500 does not have the correct destination/ A rather than B because you need to delete an IP SLA, rather than editing

correct: IOU1(config)#ip sla 1 Entry already running and cannot be modified (only can delete (no) and start over) (check to see if the probe has finished exiting)

Agree on this, A its only correct if the output refering to the ipsla configuration is on R4. Maybe they made a mistake on the diagram.
