1. You misread the IP, it is 192.168.10.17, but it doesn't really matter, it could be anything.
2. The first IP in the static NAT command is always the inside local IP, which is routed on the inside interface.
ip nat inside source static 192.168.10.17 192.168.27.42
A is correct.
"ip pat" isn't a command, so that strikes B and C.
D has the inside/outside interfaces swapped per the existing config.
