The base license supports OfficeExtend access points, and Before 6.0.196, licenses were separated into BASE and PLUS types.—With 6.0.196 and all later code (including 7.0 releases), all features included in a Wireless LAN Controller Wplus license are now included in the base license. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/5500-series-wireless-controllers/112926-5508-wlc-license.html

D. Advanced, should be the correct answer The Advanced license is necessary for features such as OEAP, as it includes support for additional functionalities that are not available in the Base or other lower-tier licenses.
