B is correct for sure As there is no mention of "Standard AXL API Access" anywhere i can find, I would go with D as the second option. "In a centralized deployment, the Unified Communications Manager cluster status appears asSynchronized for OAuth Refresh Logins. This feature is available from 11.5(1)SU3 onwards.
