A user is experiencing video quality issues and wants to verify packet loss, jitter, and codecs in use. Where can the user find this information in the Webex App for Windows during a call?
A.
Settings, Status, and press Diagnostics in the Webex App or Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S
B.
Settings, Health Checker, and press Diagnostics in the Webex App or Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D
C.
Help, Health Checker, and press Diagnostics in the Webex App or Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D
D.
Help, Health Checker, and press Status in the Webex App or Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S
None of these is entirely correct
The Keyboard Shortcut for Diagnostics is Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D

Neither "Help" nor "Settings" in the App gives an Option to open the Health Checker
You can open the Diagnostics by clicking your "Profile Icon > Help > Health Checker > Diagnostics"
And in the Call Window under "More Options (3 Dots/ Hamburger menu) > Statistics"
I guess they are expecting Answer C - but it's technically not correct
