If it's PVST or Rapid-PVST+, the endpoint entries in the EPG(encap-vlan) will be flushed. But if it's MST TCN than all the VLANs inside that MST instance that part of the BD will be flushed.

C. all endpoints associated with VLAN 101, 102, and 103 in BD10123 they are part of the same BD, no additional information about EPGs, so i think all will be flushed after receiving TCN
