Selected Answer: D
D. Question states outbound policy (control) toward Rome means vSmart changes TLOC preferences of OMP routes originated from Paris and sends them to Rome. Rome prefers using MPLS to forward data traffic to Paris.

In question it says, Which policy configuration must be applied in the outbound direction toward Rome? Outbound policy they are talking about, not the traffic.
