I revised again, I remedy some details: for the deployments A. B and C. and with the medium size OVA, can support up to 5,000 users by cluster. if these deployments where for 5,000 to 10,000 users, they would need a Large size OVA.
D. is correct and the medium OVA is correct, i was not realizing that the redundancy is 2:2 in D, and then, 2 nodes support until 10,000 users if the another 2 nodes failed.
Whatever, I continue claiming the best answer is D.
