In order of the Generic Monitoring Baseline for Voice and Video Exceptions, we have: **Trunk status.- When unreachable or in a down status. **Trunk capacity.- > 90% of committed call quantity or total bandwidth. **Feature license status.- < 90 days to expiration and > 90% of capacity utilized. **Concurrent calls.- > 90% platform/license max. **Calls per second.- > 90% platform/license max. **Call admission control.- Upon exceeding value where calls will be rejected. **Long-duration calls.- Upon call duration > 24 hours. **DSP or media resource capacity.- > 90% capacity utilized. And we have Generic Monitoring Baseline for Voice/Video Informational Logging: **Calls per second (CPS).- The number of call setup requests per second. **Concurrent calls.- The total number of active calls. Consider polling both platform totals as well as calls specific to each trunk/peer/adjacency.

So, A. es incorrect, there is no such a Real-Time SIP trunk utilization; rather is Trunk Capacity (when it is exceeded in the 90%) and Concurrent calls (in all of the platform, not just trunks). D is incorrect. There is no Historical data here. So B is related with Calls per second (CPS); and E is related with Trunk Status. In order of these information, The more reasonable answers could be B. and E.
