Selected Answer: A
This one is hard to say at first glance, the only viable options are to specify the exit interface that is used as the source of media. SIP-UA is binding media to 192.168.10.1. If that is not reachable by the ITSP then no media. It would be better to remove this binding and let the exit interface be used - the one that connects to the ITSP as is likely used in most configurations with a VRF and a default route for that VRF. D would just check the C=IP4 in SDP against the source IP. Its disabled. Most ITSPs use different servers for Media Termination. This could cause more issues down the road if different media servers are being used. The problem is that for some reason the 192.168.10.1 is not reachable by the ITSP. Its also an APIPA-RFC-1918 address and therefore is not routable over the internet. I know its too deep to bring that in here but, A makes the most sense to me.
