Map location is used in the authorization rule and policy to assign the correct profile for the location. Track movement is a CHECK box that you select in the AUTHORIZATION PROFILE to make sure users of have change of authorization as they roam. Both would need to be used to make the solution work but the correct answer is Track Movement
